Ketra Motors provides warranty and service provisions for brand new and qualifying used vehicles.
3 years or 100,000 kilometres.
Brand new cars are delivered with a warranty and guarantee of three years or 100,000 kilometres, whichever comes first.
1 year + two free service intervals.
Used cars below 100,000 kilometres are delivered with a one-year warranty together with two free service intervals within the warranty year.
Know what is being shipped before it leaves.
Imported vehicles are pre-inspected before shipment. Where required, Ketra's own staff may travel to verify the vehicle's condition prior to shipment.
